The Cleveland Browns wide receiver is the greatest example of what filth has infiltrated our great game of football. Donte was originally drafted as the 13th overall pick in 2002 by the Saints.
While in Philadelphia playing for the Eagles in 2007 it was reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer that Donte was in the league substance abuse program.
In March of 2008 Donte signed a seven-year $35 million deal.
And Then the worst happened
On March 14, 2009 Donte was driving his fancy little Bentley, struck and killed a pedestrian in Miami Beach. Stallworth admitted to drinking and according to several news sources had a blood-alchohol-content of .12, past Floridas legal limit.
AND this isnt even the worst part.
After Donte was drunk, killed someone- HE ONLY SPENT 24 DAYS IN JAIL. Yes, apparently being drunk, killing someone, and paying them off allows you to literally get away with murder.
Donte was suspended by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, for a year, without pay, but ..BUT will be reinstated after the Super Bowl this February.
Now, if seem just wrong to you, I urge you to send a letter, or to just tell everyone you know to write to Roger Goodell and tell him this is bs.
